The G-Man

John Scott G (The G-Man) owns Golosio Publishing with Doug Colosio and Scott Joss (two members of Merle Haggard's band). The G-Man made history by giving his dance/trance music away on the Internet, encouraging filesharing of his work, and even sending individual tracks to DJs and remixers so they could create new versions of his songs. This was before Radiohead, folks. Scott is a Board member of the California Copyright Conference, a member of NARAS, and writes a column for the Music Industry Newswire.
