A band being on a 'long term vacation' since 2008, The Evpatoria Report is a thrilling experience to anyone who listens to their tracks. The band was named after the Ukranian city of Yevpatoria where there's a huge parabolic antenna that sends messages into space. Founded in early 2002, the band had only released 2 albums and a 2-track demo so far. This track is from their first album 'Golevka' which is named after an asteroid that was discovered by the Yevpatorian antenna and was released in 2005. Frankly, this track is not the best from said album, but its varying intensity making it worthy for listening. It starts out powerfully, in the second half it calms down into a sweeping melody but in the end it bursts out again. At the very end of the track the sound seems to be cut down: it's not my doing, the original track appears on the album like that.
