In this video I show you how to combine the best parts of an acoustic and electric drum set to make the ULTIMATE ELECTRIC DRUM SET! This set up provides the real feel and look of an acoustic set but with the low volume and convenience of an electric set. I used the Remo Silent Stroke drum heads to reduce the volume of the acoustic drums while pairing them with the Roland RT-30 drum triggers to provide the sound. I also replaced the standard rubber cymbals with the Zildjian L80 Low Volume Cymbals and paired them with the Pintech RS-5 triggers. This combo results in a low volume drum set, the same volume as a standard electric set, with the feel and look of an acoustic drum set!
