The song was originally petitioned by the Detroit City Council to be the new official anthem of Detroit. Due to the scandal of sin, debauchery, and drunk behavior,behind the recording, The Dirtys had to resign the song to be released as the A side of the second Italy 45. ITALY 002
It was again considered towards the end of the Kwame Kilpatrick tenure as mayor. Unfortunately they missed the phone call. No emails were sent, because the computers were stolen, and so was the copper wire for the internet connection.....FUCK!!! is the B side
