I initially made this recording for my girlfriend at the time as she had difficulties falling asleep. Quite often, I would hypnotize her myself but I made the recording for the nights where I was so tired that I would fall asleep while hypnotizing her or for when I was away.

I hope you will enjoy and that it may bring love and light in your life.

Thanks for watching my other vids or for the sweet comments you leave!

I made the music in the background as well.

"I have been blessed to be playing the last two tracks, Relaxation Music for Babies I and II, for almost a year to my 1 1/2 year old, using it for bedtime and naps. It is miraculous the way it unwinds her from her day into sleep. One evening as I was also drifting off to sleep, I had this knowing that the way the music is aligned that it stimulates the golden mean within the listener, which is the basis of all creation in all of nature. It is like a reset to bring our self back into our original nature."
