The Black Milk was formed in 1999 initially under the name DIGITAL and was made

up only of JG and Simon. One June day while they played as Dj's they met

Florent who brought a much needed voice to the group adding the vocals.

After a lot of experimenting Black Milk finds it's way and they create

electro tinted Rock'n'roll (or Rock'n'roll tinted electro).

During 2002 they play as an opening for the hip hop group SVINKELS and they

decide that it had become obviously essential to have more people on stage.

They include a bass player, Suzanne, a singer in the Rock'n'roll group

PRAVDA.

In 2004 they are asked (commissioned) by young Parisian designer NACO to

create the accompanying music for one of his shows in the large Renault

space on the Champs-Elysees. They will also play for the Underground and the

renowned and famous KouetteTV in Paris.



In addition they form with a fourth person ED WOOD IS DEAD, a little odd group of

hip hop. After performing for a few months they are featured in the French

magazine "Inrockuptibles" and make an appearance with talented King-ju of

the group STUPEFLIP. During November 06,The Black Milk put the final note on

their 1 L.P. and are having more and more concerts and performances.
