Perhaps the missing link between the 60's beat/pop sounds and the soon-to-be blues/rock of the Yardbirds. Jimmy Page on guitar with both bands. Note the harmonica which Keith Relf would master with the 'birds later on. Incidentally, the tapes of "Climbing Through" and "Without You", recorded around 1965 were not unearthed until 1984 and included on a Yardbirds collection. They were found in the collection of Yardbirds manager Giorgio Gomelsky. The Authentics included Mick O'Neill, who was a part time member of the Yardbirds in the early days.
