This is the music for the Argent Tournament, the place that was introduced in patch 3.2 Call of the Crusade (even though David marked it as "3.1" for some reason).

Jeez, don't you remember how THIS was considered a bad patch? Take a good look at Draenor so far, I'd kill for a patch like this! Seriously, dungeons and raids being introduced in the same patch used to be a thing, people! Oh well, I guess you're not really here to be thinking about WoD anyways, so on with this music.
