"Based out of Bedford, Virginia, the guys that make up That Band With The Fat Kids bring the noise and bring it with a controlled sonic mayhem. Their self described Appalachian Ska Core sound (hard, loud, and fast) draws influences from a discordant variety of musical acts such as Old Crow Medicine Show, The Meters, Flaming Tsunamis, As I Lay Dying, Tiger Army, and even Coldplay. We hear they also draw tremendous inspiration from beer and key lime pie.
