Thaïs Morell nació en Curitiba, en el sur de Brasil, y pertenece a esa nueva generación de músicos brasileños con amplia formación, capaces de entrar con naturalidad en cualquier estilo musical que se propongan. Con un directo impresionante, a la vez intenso y delicado, mezcla la bossa-nova con una diversidad de otras músicas, conquistando los más variados públicos. Destacándose por su forma de tocar la guitarra, desempeña con desenvoltura las funciones de cantante, guitarrista y compositora.


Thaïs Morell was born in Curitiba, Southern Brazil, and belongs to a new generation of Brazilian musicians who have extensive training and ability to move with ease between various musical styles. With a stunning live show, at once intense and delicate, she mixes the jazzy chords of Bossa Nova with folklore and street rhythms from Brazil and elsewhere, achieving the most varied audiences. Standing out with a very rhythmic guitar, Thaïs plays with poise the roles of singer, guitarist and songwriter.
