Start to play trumpet at 7 years old.
Start to play jazz in unversity.
Had a lesson from Eddie Henderson and join Barry Harris' workshop several times while visited in NYC.
Released 2 albums in 2001 and 2003 which is now called Nu-Jazz progurammed all tracks by myself but trumpet from Personnage Recordings produced by Yuzuru Agi.
Established Bay Area Jazz Ensemble to re-evalate westcoastjazz in its mid50s.
Wrote regular artcle for Jazz Life magazine about improvisation for jazz beginners.
Played with young Finn trumpet player Jukka Eskola of the Five Corners Quintet on 2006 and 2007.



Besides trumpet player, often work as a translator for jazz educational program by Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, Bob Reeves and so on

７歳でトランペットを手にし、大学からジャズに取り組む。卒業後は会社勤務の傍らで吹いていたが97年に転向。98年にエディ．ヘンダーソンの指導を受ける。バリー．ハリズのワークショップもNY滞在時に幾度も参加。2001,2003年に阿木譲プロデュースで2枚の作品をリリース。バックトラックを全面打込みで制作したクラブジャズ。2003年より50年代ウエストコースト専管のコンセプトバンド、Bay Area Jazz Ensemble立ち上げ。2004~7の３シーズンに渡りランドマークタワーでレギュラー演奏を行う。2005,6にはフィンランドのJukka Eskolaとジョイントギグを成功させる。2008年にはTom Harrell, Scott Reevesなどとのセッションを東京で実現する。2006年から不定期ではあるが自己名義のビッグバンドも立ち上げる。ジャズライフ誌には2004年にジャズインプロビゼーション入門編の連載記事を持ち、2006,7とLincoln Center Jazz Ordhestraのエデュケーショナルプログラムでのマスタークラスなどで通訳なども行った。
