This is a wonderful cover of "Igen" (which means "yes" in Hungarian) by the awesome LA band of the past decade, The Blondes! The song was originally written, recorded and released by the Hungarian pop/psych band, Illes, in the early '70s, and although their version is good, this one is better, IMHO! Although they were from LA, The Blondes first two CD releases were on the German Label Middle Class Pig, and are difficult to find now, but more easily obtained is their U.S. CD, Swedish Heat, on Teenacide Records, which included "Igen" and several glammy gems!
