DESCRIPTION:
Every morning the south-bound traffic is backed up, and the taxis drive in the oncoming lane at the risk of life and limb. The passengers pay for the privilege of risking their life while being rude and selfish. I believe the passengers like it this way, except this morning when some of them were terrified. Traffic police don't police this, and when they do, they do so only to collect bribes (taxi drivers carry cash, which is great for corrupt police).
