DESCRIPTION:
Political Analyst Shane Mohammed said while he supports the Property Tax, the monies from the tax which will go towards the consolidation fund, must then be used to improve the quality of life for citizens in the country.

Speaking on Good Morning Trinidad and Tobago today, Mohammed said that the Minister of Finance Colm Imbert should have given the public a heads up on when the tax was going to be introduced. He said due to the short deadline some persons may be late in filing their documentation.
