DESCRIPTION:
Three bands from the "Festival Au Desert Caravan for Peace Tour". The traditional Tuareg sounds of Tartit and Imharhan, and Malian blues from Mamadou Kelly and Bankena.

On July 13th they performed at WFMU studios for Rob Weisberg's international music show, "Transpacific Sound Paradise" which aires Saturdays 6-9pm. This is a short video to remember the session by! Photos by Kieran Byram, video by Dan Barker.
