Surf Jerks

The Surf Jerks have not always been a band as such. Rather, a couple of friends met to play a bunch of their favorite punkrock songs. Therefore, youd always see new guys that came and went to play along. But when practise got more regular in 2002 the Surf Jerks decided to actually establish a band. After their recordings for a 7 track demo-cd titled Goin Nowhere Fast they met My Bum (former ADD) and asked him to sing. Ever since the summer of 2006 those five rockers are trying to conquer the world by getting on top of as many stages as possible.

As to their sound, one might find influences of bands like The Clash, Swingin Utters, Rancid or Generators. Its crispy old Street Punk with Rock n Roll, Ska and Folk elements. Raise your pints and sing along!
