-To demonstrate one of the many ways Frequency Modulation can be used in Dubstep Production, specifically in Dubstep Bassline Production. And to also provide viewers with a foundation for creating their own unique sounds. Look below for download information.

-About The Preset: AudioC - Talking Sinwaves
--This preset is just a building block for your own sounds. Alone it is not that dynamic, which in some situations is OK. With minor tweaks this foundation of sound can become something awesome.

-Preset Parameters: AudioC - Talking Sinwaves
--Master Pitch = -12semitones
--OP1 Freq Ratio = 0.5x
--OP2 Freq Ratio = 0.5x
--OP3 Freq Ratio = 16.0x
--Map OP2's Volume to MOD X
--OP2 to 1 FM = 70%
--OP3 to 1 FM = 20%

-Preset Tips: AudioC - Talking Sinwaves
--There are numerous ways to automate the MOD X knob so your bassline can move. In the video I used MOD X mapping in the Piano Roll along with Slide Notes to create my effects. Creating an automation clip is another great way to do it, especially when working in the Playlist.
--Mess around with the Modulation Matrix, you'll get some pretty awesome results.
--Map another Operator's Volume to the MOD Y knob and automate both knobs to create really diverse movement in your bassline.
--Don't be afraid to experiment.
