Kurzweil PC3 + Behringer BCR2000: NRPN-style control - Video
PUBLISHED:  Jun 23, 2010
DESCRIPTION:
A demo to show how the BCR can be programmed to split a 14 bit value between two midi CC#s, which can be used with the PC3 to create more "sensitive" controls. Normal midi CCs transmit 128 values, so you only have 128 values to work with when, say, adjusting pitch. In this case I use the Src1 and Src2 parameters in VAST in concert to provide a fine level of control over a single parameter. This video is mostly geeky nerd talk with a brief audio demo near the end, so be forewarned.
