HISTORY oF the STREETZ ON LOCK MOVEMENT
THE STREETS ON LOCK MOVEMENT WAS STARTED May21,2005 TO ESTABLISH UNITY AND PROMOTE PEACE AMONG THE YOUTH RIVALS DURING A TIME IN WHICH THERE WAS A GANG WAR ON THE STREETS.
STREETS ON LOCK DOES NOT PROMOTE GANG VIOLENCE, NEITHER DOES IT PROVOKE YOUTH TO JOIN GANGS. THOSE OF US WHO HAS LIVED THE STREET LIFE ARE BLESSED TO STILL BE HERE TO ENCOURAGE THE YOUTH THAT THERE IS A BETTER WAY. WE CANNOT CONTINUE TO LEAD OUR YOUNGER GENERATION THE WRONG WAY. RATHER THAN COMPLAIN ON HOW THE GOVERNMENT AND ITS SYSTEM ISNT BUILT FOR BLACKS AND DOESNT OFFER JOBS TO BLACKS THAT HAVE MADE MISTAKES IN THE PAST,WE HAVE TO BE LEADERS WHO WILL RISE ABOVE THOSE ARGUMENTS. A REVOLUTION BEGINS WITHIN,IN ORDER FOR US TO MAKE IMPROVEMENT IN OUR CITY AND IN OTHER COMMUNITIES, WE MUST START FROM THE BOTTOM, WE MUST BE LEADERS AND START MAKING A DIFFERNCE.EACH ONE TEACH ONE PLANTING THE SEED THAT WE WILL FOLLOW THE MOTTO NEVA BROKE. NOTHING EVER VANISHES A BLACKS' RIGHTS OF KNOWING EVERYTHING. STREETS ON LOCK IS NOT LIMITED TO ONLY BLACKS. ITS MOVEMENT IS DEDICATED TO EACH AND EVERY TEEN THAT HAS LOST LIFE DUE TO GANG VIOLENCE.
The reason our minds are poisoned with this gang bangin' mentality is simple; our enemy has successfully implemented the oldest military principle in the world: Divide and Conquer. While we have been divided they have conquered! They derailed the black power movement by killing the leadership, which turned that powerful revolutionary energy into a negative force in the hood. Back in the 1920's, the Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey taught us that we must UNITE or PERISH. His message still rings loud and clear in these days and times. Nobody else is qualified or truly able to unite the Blood and Crips except the Bloods and Crips, with the ultimate plan of uniting into one positive revolutionary force for community change. This message is from BCF (blood, crib foundation) to all our beloved Brothers and Sisters from the Blood (Damu) and Crip (Carib) gangs. In truth, these gangs are remains of the army of our FALLEN NATION, B's and C's know we are under attack from the RACIST power structure in the form of police and legal terrorism. Calls for more police, stiffer laws, and more prisons are heard in the media every day. We cannot solve this problem by locking up our youth and throwing away the key. All conscious (aware) Bloods and Crips know killing one another is foolish and ignorant, but we are trapped by the negative social conditions that produce the 'ghetto' mentality. This ghetto mentality produces the gang bangin' lifestyle. By pushing this negative gang bangin' lifestyle, we are helping our enemies succeed in their wicked plans to wipe out our people and take our possessions. We are playing right into their hands by killing each other! The worst part of this fact is, often times it is our strongest warriors who we are killing. We cannot keep killing our warriors. God created the warriors from our nation to defend our nation, not destroy it! Yes, we have all lost homies in this conflict, but we must have the VISION to see what is happening to us and stop the cycle of violence. Our future as a people depends on this!

LISTEN UP! The main reason we can't unite is because we hate our selves. Why do we hate ourselves so much? During slavery, a devil [slave owner] named WILLIE LYNCH developed a vicious strategy to help keep our people divided. They couldn't allow us to unite to overthrow their system of slavey. But, they couldn't lynch all of us either. Why not? That would mess up their 'money'. So Willie developed a systematic plan to destroy our minds and cause us HATE EACH OTHER and LOVE OUR ENEMY. Then we'd do all their dirty work (keep us divided) for them. The modern name for Willie lynch's is called the COINTEL PROGRAM. This program is a covert (secret) policy designed by the FBI to prevent the rise of a 'black' messiah (Savior) and to prevent a powerful united movement to empower so-called black folks to free ourselves. COINTEL is the modern program that is used to keep us divided. In the 60's they used black FBI agents and informants to infiltrate our organizations to cause us to fight each other instead of uniting to fight our true enemies. COINTEL PRO is why so many black leaders were assassinated. Nowadays, they send agents or use snitches in the hood to keep us bangin' on each other. The bottom is, we cannot unite if we hate each other! We have been brainwashed on how to hate each other now we must be re-conditioned on how to love each other.
