This is a CDr reissue of the Recycled Tape originally released by RRRecords in 1996. Stimbox had asked RRRecords to remove this from distribution so he could reissue it. On the disc face and cover, Stimbox recycled cover art from Circuit Wound and Sewer Election, two artists that had requested be removed from the Harsh Noise catalog....long story behind that but it has to do with the California 10x LP on Troniks and Groundfault.
