Wandy Tworek (1913-1990), popular Danish band leader and concert violinist. Wandy Tworek was son of Polish emmigrants who settled in Copenhagen on their way to USA in early 20th Century. Wandy Tworek recorded several Danish 78rpm records between 1930-50's. Wandy Tworek often played solo violin at the Thursday concerts in the Danish State Broadcast during 1940-50's.

Emil Reesen (1887-1964) was a Danish composer, conductor and pianist. Aside from composing for ballets and operas he was also a noted film score composer. Emil Reesen recorded several Danish 78rpm records between 1920-50's. Emil Reesen was often conducting the beloved Thursday concerts at the Danish State Broadcast between 1920-50's.
