One of my all time jazz favorites, "My Favorite Things" is from the 1961 album of the same name by John Coltrane(on soprano sax) and his quartet featuring McCoy Tyner (piano), Elvin Jones (drums) and Steve Davis (bass). The album, which is available on CD, is on Atlantic Records. "My Favorite Things" written by Rodgers and Hammerstein is from their 1959 Broadway musical, The Sound of Music.
