"i'm mid 20s, and in my second decade writing songs, so, no excuses. not saying I can slay it but playing guitar slays me. and since I'm done for, I'm putting it all up for adoption. never made music like the stuff I'm getting out of the oven recently. i've burned myself a few times, but worth it and we know it's hot.

i quit violin when mom brought me home a real yard sale sixer. Wish I'd stuck with it, but your mind is so happy when your fingers are so easy. l loved chuck berry then, still think he can outplay/sing/write/waddle anyone but prince.

ate a lotta microphones, but less than some i hear. maybe not the road war rioter but I been out there. i don't think music can save anybody, i just think we gotta have it, gotta make it up. and i don't think there are any rules, just bad music, good music, but i can't always tell what's what is what's what. i'm sure some can.

in the october in 2012 i offered up five numbers collected in a little recording and i named it 'out of the jar'. some very good-and-with-some-butter singing on those songs. starting on the first day of 2013, i played drums and guitar and bass and piano every day. all i did was play those notes over the notes over the notes til i had them feeling how I always wished i was always feeling. my friends came and made it feel even more like you want it. I made a record with my friends and with my songs and with my guitar and with my own piano and it will come at you in this year, 2014. konrad snyder and ben gortmaker produced it with me, they made it very clear to me and soon to you how very smart they are able to be.

my songs have been on some shows on mtv, THE usa network, and then a movie about star-cross(ed)(eyed) dancers, 'make your move' . it was a lot of fun.

some friends i've played music on stage with are cage the elephant, brooke waggoner, drew holcomb, morning teleportation, sanders bohlke.
