DESCRIPTION:
The coarse mesh is a Swedish-Norwegian-Danish miniseries from 2000 after a novel by Håkan Nesser of the same name, directed by Martin Asphaug with Sven Wollter and Samuel Fröler in lead roles. January Miller wakes up one day with a severe hangover. His wife's place next to him is empty and neatly made. In the bathroom, he makes a shocking discovery: his wife lies dead in the water-filled bathtub.
The police arrive under the command of Commissioner Van Veeteren that can quickly conclude that it is not about any accident. Husband January Miller is taken in for questioning, but says he does not remember anything. Inspector Van Veeteren begin to suspect that the case is much complicated than he originally thought and that the dark truth lies deeply hidden in the past.
