The video was made using the same principles as the 'Living, Existing' video utilising Trapcode Particular and Sound Keys in After Effects. I messed about until I got the blood cells type effect and then added some mirroring and rendered the video off. The After FX output was then run through Final Cut Pro to add some basic titles, some vignetting and Trapcode Shine to finish it off. The whole rendering process took probably in excess of 36 hours on my 3 year old Macbook Pro. I quite like the results though.
