DESCRIPTION:
Static Void Main (SVM) is an electronic body music band from São Paulo, Brazil, formed by the computer programmer Marcelo T. at 1995.

The name represents the start method of a Class/Application in a computer language, where:

Static defines the method as global for the class, apart of the class instance;
Void defines that the method returns no value to the caller;
Main defines the name and indicates that the method will start the process.

At 1999, SVM released their demo cd entitled “Compile”. This first album was never been made public. Now, at 2014, SVM return to the ground to make more musics and continue their work with electronic body music and so, make available this album for the public to buy in http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/staticvoidmain.

The album has experimental songs with the gears Akai S3000XL Sampler, Korg i3, Roland JP8000 and SPD-20 and Alesis Quadraverb 2 for vocals.

Recorded in their home studio with an analog 14 channels mixer and AD sound card Echo Systems Layla with Sound Forge software.

The music mix an ambient sound, rhythms, introspection, dark climax and the simplicity of experimentation and understanding of the music composition.
