Zachary Radzikowski's Senior Music Technology Recital - Video
PUBLISHED:  Apr 13, 2016
DESCRIPTION:
Senior recital presenting summary of college work completed at SJSU.
Featured custom built Controller Gloves to interface with MaxMSP to trigger and to modulate various sounds and effects in the program using the gloves and environmental sensors combining motion and sound.

Description of Project: The recital program consisted of four original static media sound design pieces which I created during my time at SJSU [ Ghost Town (2012), Arcade (2013), The Nautilus (2016), The Broadcast (2016) ].

The final piece [ Music for Piano and Electronics (2016) ] featured the controller gloves which were used during the live performance to modulate the processing of the piano harp that I was performing on. All audio during the performance was in a quadraphonic surround format.

Program:
01:08 - Ghost Town (2012)
06:37 - Arcade (2013)
13:02 - The Nautilus (2016)
20:34 - The Broadcast (2016)
32:29 - Music for Piano and Electronics (2016)

YouTube audio is stereo only so this is a mixdown of the original quadraphonic/5.1 format.

The original full quality video with original 5.1 surround sound is available for download at the following link. (~700MB)

Due to the use of a very broad frequency spectrum, use studio headphones or monitors for the best listening experience otherwise many moments will go unheard.
