Vox Starstream V269 Guitar (6 string) demonstration of guitar and effects - Video
PUBLISHED:  Jan 09, 2009
DESCRIPTION:
This is a Vox Starstream V269 guitar being played through a Vox Pathfinder 10 practice amplifier DIRECT. The amp setting is clean. All the sounds and effects are the guitar itself.

The effects are:
Treble Bass Boost
Distortion (fuzz)
Repeat Percussion (pulsating tremelo effect)
Palm wah (a bit noisy and not very practical to use whilst playing)
E Tuner

I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO RATE OR COMMENT ON MY PLAYING. I DON'T GIVE A FUCK. THIS IS PURELY DEMONSTRATING THE SOUNDS OF THIS GUITAR FOR FELLOW VOX ENTHUSIASTS.

This is the same model that Sonic Boom used with Spacemen 3 (I think his had a 12 string body). Sonic Boom used the repeat percussion on many of their records. Other users include The Cannibals, The Routes and The Mourning After. This guitar also appears in the following video:
