DESCRIPTION:
This a Rolling Stones song, recorded first on one of their first albums, and then again on "Stripped". I played this song occasioally with my band in Mexico ( see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWTvwtzD6WE ), and since sumemr 2014 also in the duo And & Greg (see http://youtu.be/PcNrJjRZAY4) but the track here was done entirely on Garageband on an iMac, using the acoustic guitar seen on this clip (for guitars and bass), one of the drum tracks and percussion that come with Garageband, and an additional harmonica. The harmonica sound was created by using one of the built in filters in GarageBand (I think it was distorted guitar).

The instruments were all recorded via the built in mike of the iMac, so no fancy equipment here.
NOTE: The website shown at the end of the clip, no longer exists, as Apple closed down the service.

In order to make this YouTube clip, I used iMovie. I played back the audio clip of the Garageband recording in the background, while recording the clip in PhotoBooth on the Mac. Then I imported both into iMovie, and syncrhonised the audio-track witth video (more or less).

I reduced the volume of the video audio a bit, as synchronisation was not perfect, which would result in a weird echo/delay sound if both audio tracks were played at the same volume. The titles were also added in iMovie.
