DESCRIPTION:
This is one of my own songs. I wrote it about six months ago, and never got round to playing it with my band. This is the only recording I could manage, because of lack of equipment..
It's named after a cartoon by Sparky Deathcap, because I listened to his EP a lot on the weekend that inspired the song, and I was trying to write a song in his sort of style...

I fell back into old ways
In a brand new city space
And I knew I'd never been here
As I saw the look that just passed on her face

And you said you'd pay whatever
I wanted to forget
That it's been a year
I'm not quite sure how to feel about that

And I slept for just three hours
And I woke up in a room
That had never seen the daylight
Well at least for me it hadn't

And when I closed my eyes I saw faces
I'd never seen before
And if I ever got to meet them
Well that would just be weird
