Phunky Rabbit Records proudly presents Soul Fortune feat. Angelina-Touch. Soul Fortune are Molebogeng Maponya and Karabo Moyaha. These young Deep House guys are making a massive impact on the House music scene at the moment with their own brand of Deep House music. In this production they use a really cool deep backdrop with really cool Rhodes and synths. They debuted on Phunky Rabbit with their highly acclaimed remix of Placidic Dream feat. Ronnie Canada's Ive Been Betrayed. Here they do their first single for the label and what a track it is. Sexy you said, well Angelina Royals vocals don't come any sexier than this. She delivers a superb sensual vibe all over this track. On sax duties we have Mark (Stan) Bonwick where he does deep warm sax parts that work well with the vocals. Percussion is provided by Danny Perez who is riding really high at the moment with his new label Native Music Recordings. Malc East from Phunky Rabbit did the final production on the track. On the remixes first of all we would like to give a warm welcome to Magic Soul (aka Pricha Maponyane). Again we stay in Deep House mode and what a remix this is. We are loving his style here as the track evolves on its deep journey and he makes great use of Angelina's sexy vocal. Then we move right through the gears into Progressive mode with Phunky Rabbits co-owner Bjarne Sorum with his Rampus production outfit. Here he gives us a solid track with disco overtones. Keeping in the Progressive mood Sandro Valentino gives us a real banger. Sandro can do nothing wrong at the moment and everybody is loving his style. Here there are so many elements happening from House piano to Synth/String hooks. Finishing off for us is another favourite of the label BB White. His take is a more Soulful one with an acid bass twist on it. Again the theme is strong with clever hooks happening around the vocal. Thanks to Graham Frostick for the cover art photo.
