The Sound Stage - Episode 41: Snapline 粉笔线 - Video
PUBLISHED:  Jun 14, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
Antsy, anxious and artful, Snapline is one of Beijing's senior post-punk bands.

Their name invokes images of the sudden destruction of modern simplicity, but their sound is brooding and festering, filling spaces and cracks that you didn't even know existed. Although their meaning is not always directly clear, there is certainly something sick happening below the healthy surface. That is up to you to diagnose.

The song featured in this episode is called Flu.

SNAPLINE is:

陈曦 Xi Chen: Vocals/Drum Machine 主唱兼鼓机
李青 Li Qing: Keyboard 电子琴
李维思 Li Weisi: Bass 贝司
