The way Smart Cops play could be described as a rally cry to social alienation with a mixture of sarcasm, rebellion, self-pity and paranoia. It’s weird, simple and to the point. Their sound is defined by crunchy guitars and obsessive drum beats. The band’s original look consists of wild hairstyles and all black clothing (black pants with red stripes on the sides, black leather jackets, black shirts with their red logo and black gloves).
Smart Cops are going to polyphonically dent your ear drums, rhythmically roust you until your brain spins and steamcomes screaming out of your navel. As the poet said. Their weapon? This here LP. Rise up, it's time for a revolution!
