Radio Vs. Static was born out of the frustration of the quality of today's music. After scanning the FM dial numerous times over many years, I decided that co-channel interference was more aesthetically pleasing than the over-hyped and generic pop-culture music. Over the years I've slowly migrated from rough live improvisations using analog synthesizers and recording equipment, to more refined and dense digital productions. Recently I've begun to explore the capabilities of software synthesizers/effects and the complex sounds they are able to produce. I enjoy listening to bands that challenge and push the evolution of music as a concept in our modern and global culture and try to do so myself.
