Silas

Born in 1769, this enfant terrible wreaked havoc on the harpsichord forcing his father (the duc) to banish his lilly-white ass from the kingdom. He soon learned the ways of the forest from a family of wild bears ("I'll never forget you, er, bears!") but his sonic calling proved too strong and by the age of 12 he could be found improvising 4-part harmonies on the penny whistle in Bohemia's back alleys.

Of course, Silas is most widely known as the inventor and virtuoso of the Syntar, an instrument of infinite possibility and wondrous aural majesty. Basques would be hurled by ecstatic maidens at his recitals, whilst men would nod with recognition of the profound event to which they bore witness.

After discovering the secret of molecular transference, by means of magnetically charged quarks, Silas was thus enabled to funkafy our C21 bad selves and remotely remove whatever underwear may currently be en vogue.
