I've been aware of these for a few months now, and I saw one in a shop the other day and I thought I'd pick it up. it really is a great little thing that's roughly in scale with the ERTL and Matchbox trains and feels very high quality. With the majority of Thomas merchandise (or at least the stuff put out by Mattel) being heavily distorted and low on detail nowadays, a toy train of this quality is quite refreshing.
