DESCRIPTION:
October 2011 Tokso Folk String Quartet toured Norway, and September 2012 they will make a new tour! Tokso's members are Kelly Thoma from Greece on Cretan Lira, Eléonore Billy from France on Swedish Nyckelharpa, and Anne Hytta and Sigrun Eng from Norway on hardanger fiddle and cello. This folk string quartet plays their own music, and the distinctive characteristics of their sympathetic string instruments give Tokso a unique sound.
