Villalobos and Broom go head to head on this killer new EP from the Intact crew, and it's quite a session. The Villalobos remix owns the a-side and is quite simply the most enjoyable thing we've heard from him since the incredible "Fizheuer Zieheuer". It's another 10 minute track (does this guy make anything shorter?) - but its so upfront and clever with its hooks that you get the feeling Ricardo really enjoyed himself with this one and ended up producing a track that Basic Channel heads as well as the usual Minimal brigade will enjoy with equal measure. It's just an out and out killer. On the flipside Mark Broom utilises the same dubby stabs for a slightly more upfront mix, a padded bounce shuffling along with increasing intent as the track progresses - the result being a skanking monster and another highlight from this brilliant producer. Sick twelve - Buy!
