"I Know I Know" is a song about empathy: about listening to someone tell their darkest personal story and deeply, emotionally identifying with them in it. It’s about really seeing another person, and allowing ourselves to be really seen. It’s about finding strength in the powerful connection that comes when we share our most vulnerable selves with a trusted soul. It’s about discovering that we are not alone.

In addition to this video, we've created http://iknowiknow.me : a place for us to courageously share our stories and to let our most vulnerable selves be seen, with the hope that those who see us will understand that they are not alone.
