I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer as it's "re-winding" down. :-)

I saw this movie the other day called "Heaven is for Real" and the song called Compass by Rascal Flatts was played in the closing credits of the movie. The song is not listed on the regular CD that was released but can be found on the "Deluxe Edition" that you can only find in certain stores and on itunes.

I was inspired to do this song when I first heard about the death of the great comedian and actor Robin Williams. He brought so much joy and happiness into this world through his movies, TV shows, comedy events and charities that he helped sponsor and organize and his time that he gave to the overseas military troops. It's still hard to fathom or understand why he's gone! He was such a talented and gifted person but was someone that was suffering from severe depression at times in his life. It's just so sad that he didn't seek the help or make that one phone call or reach out to someone at that one exact moment in his life where he could have prevented his own tragic death.

If you are ever in the need of help or are in a state of mind where severe depression and unhappiness is keeping you from being the "real" person who you are in your life, please reach out or turn to someone that CAN and WILL make a difference. Even the higher powers from above can be a true blessing in your life!

Don't wait until it's too late, please seek that help now.

RIP Robin Williams, you touched a lot of hearts in your life with your zany and witty humor and your generosity for giving to others . . .
