Sunset Sessions is a Music Industry festival & convention dedicated to turning music industry professionals onto new artists, new music and each other! It usually focuses on the adult rock format of music, but also has Rock and Alternative events. The attendees typically include radio programmers, music supervisors, record labels, managers, publicists, booking agents, charities, and alumni artists (who get to come back every year and hang with the people who helped get their careers started). Most of the performances are intimate and unique... once in a lifetime type experiences... interviews, listening parties, acoustic sets, poolside performances etc.

The event was created by Michele Clark Promotion in 1998 in St.Thomas and has been reinventing & evolving since. Sunset Sessions has had its own tours, songwriter retreats, SXSW showcases, radio station contests & many live broadcasts. Michele Clark was the top independent radio promotion person in the Triple A radio format for 20 years. She paused Sunset Sessions to launch a retreat company based on Tulum Mexico - Life Source Retreats. Now, Michele is bringing Sunset Sessions back in new formats with same purpose.... to give artists a chance to be heard & to connect people with each other & music.
