It may be more fitting to call this "wake back to sleep method" because you will not have to get out of bed for this to work unless of course you like getting out of bed in the middle of the night. What you will be listening to is some relaxing sound that changes and gets a little louder or quieter during the times in your sleep cycle when you will be most likely dreaming. If you do wake up during this session simply relax and allow yourself to drift off to sleep again being aware that this is a good time to have a lucid dream.
