Chuck Young is an urban soul singer and songwriter from southern New Jersey who started singing at a young age in church. At age ten he began writing and arranging songs. He has since gone on to record songs with the legendary Ms. Lauryn Hill. He appeared on her five time Grammy award winning album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill as a featured vocalist on the number one worldwide radio hit Ex-Factor. He also co-wrote City High's top ten Billboard hit Caramel, which peaked at number nine on the Billboard top 100 songs. Chuck is also a member of the amazing hit writing team 925. Currently published by Spirit Music Group Chuck has worked with a variety of producers including Stargate. Together they penned the debut single for Warner Brother’s starlets Tiffany Affair entitled Start a Fire. Fresh off tour with Musiq Soulchild Chuck is currently creating his debut album entitled, See Why.
