DESCRIPTION:
A demonstration of this tape recorder I bought at a local thrift store for $12 (It originally sold back in the 60s for $200 or more because it was an all transistor stereo recorder that doubled as a P.A. system). It works pretty well, except the Rewind & time counter do not work because the belts inside had melted. The VU meter also does not work, although that might be due to a wire that might have to be resoldered. It did not come with an owner's manual so I had to figure out how to overdub on it thru trial and error. It overdubs between two tracks (making a mono master, very much like a Revox G36 does), degrading the previous recording significantly during the overdub, even if the previous recording was recorded very well.
