If you look on the internet for food combining information, you’ll find different images. Maybe there are some who find these charts helpful, but to simplify things, I’d like to summarise 2 articles. One is written by Frederic Patenaude, that would be relevant to those eating a high or fully raw vegan diet, and one is written by Jeff Novick that is simply from a whole foods plant based point of view.

The most important diet change to make would be to cut down on the fat consumption.I personally wouldn’t eat a big fruit meal at night – I prefer in the morning. But never tried. Better to eat fruit after a meal than not at all?
