DESCRIPTION:
Saxophonist Jessy J and Executive Chef Andrew Sasloe of the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Restaurant in San Diego have filmed a series of signature recipes that feature Tapatio hot sauce, ranging from seafood to salsa to dessert, to celebrate of Jessy's new album Hot Sauce.
Tapatio Salsa
12 Roma Tomatoes ¼ inch diced
1/4 cup yellow onion finely diced
1/8 cup of Anaheim peppers finely diced
¼ cup of Cilantro Leaves, roughly chop
4 limes juiced
¼ oz or more Tapatio hot sauce
Salt to taste (or sea salt)
Pepper to taste
Method:
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until all tomatoes are coated evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add two more dashes of Tapatio. Serves 6.
This salsa is great with omelets or your favorite chips and frosty Tapatio Red Beer.
