Listen to this classically trained but unconventional jazz piano player who sings in the style of Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, Janis Joplin,Tom Waits, Amy Winehouse & Iggy Pop. She describes her music as "jazz-punk western blues". Some of these songs were performed live at the legendary Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in London accompanied by Mick Ronson on a bill with Nina Simone in 1985. These studio tracks were recorded during the 80's in New York many featuring Mick on guitar. Producers include Mick Ronson, Dieter Meier of Yello and Man Parrish.
