Taken from firepoint compilation album of blues from 69. I don't know much about Sam apart from he was a legendary slide guitar man and muck respected session musician.
There is a large slide guitar compilation called "The art of bottleneck slide guitar" that is the only other thing I have found.
This track I got from Firepoint that I have had for ages, this song litteraly jumped out at me its absolutely amazing and I dearly wish the guy had moved out on his own and recorded some solo albums because if this track is anything to go buy He was an undiscovered genius it will litteraly blow you away, its so atmospheric almost eerie whilst being utterly beautiful and mesmerising.
