I was born in UK but after alot of travelling the world I have finally landed in Germany, where I live with my hubby Goetzlich. We are both DJs and also play together as a back to back dj team called Beauty and the Beat.
Music takes up a huge part of our lives. I am blessed that playing music has been my main job for 13 years now, so I am very lucky.
My electronic roots go way back
to the beginning of Baleric and include almost everything along the way. I often play at festivals, which take me to lots of exotic places
around the world. My favourite place on the planet is Australia. I love tech-house, prog house and some techno. I should also say
here that if music was my first love, then travelling was a very close second!
I am sure the world will become a better place in the future because I truly believe that there are enough of us who conciously envision this and dream of Heaven on Earth. We are all extended family.
By the way, another addiction of mine is chasing total eclipses of the sun!!
BIO
Sally Doolally has been at the forefront of the progressive scene since the late 90's. After playing to her first dance floor in the Himalayas of India, on her return to England that year Sally began to organize Doolally parties in London, and her international DJ career starting
soon after that with the doolally name sticking to her.
Sally's sound has since become very eclectric and these days she rides the fine lines of prog house, tech-house and neo trance, giving her the fresh edge she is known and loved for. After working for labels like Transient,
Dragonfly and USTA, in 2004 Sally was signed as official label DJ for Germanys leading progressive label Plastik Park.
Since 2006 Sally is label director for Plastik Park, working together with label boss D-nox.
By building her mixes to create an addictive groove, this magic behind the decks has taken Sally to play at festivals and clubs in over 20 different countries. Sally plays regularly in Germany where she is now home based
and she has frequently toured in Australia as well as many other parts of the world.
Other countries she has graced so far include: Austria, Bali, Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, France, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Macedonia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, Thailand and of course the UK.
Sally also plays music with her husband Goetzlich as a back to back dj team 'Beauty & the Beat' which is also their name when they produce music together. In 2005 they released 'Wonderland - the festival compilation'
a double cd compiled and mixed by Beauty & the Beat on Universal Music. Since early 2006 Beauty & the Beat are offical label Djs for Plastik Park records. Releases have followed on labels like Tribal Vision, SOG, Iboga and Plastik Park.
