DESCRIPTION:
Over the last few years there's been a disturbing trend for bands, at the request of filmmakers, to record songs in increasingly bizarre places. London cabs, Melbourne Alleys, Kombi Vans, Tiny Desks, Balconies and even Tuk Tuks in Phnom Penh. The Drawing Room would like to pay homage to this trend with its own version - Elevator Music. One song, one take, one phone! Here's session number two with The Snarski Bros.

The Snarski Brothers are well known in Australia's indie rock 'n' roll scene. One of them co-founded The Blackeyed Susans, the other The Jackson Code. Before both those incarnations, they played together in Chad's Tree, which they formed three decades ago in Perth. In all that time, they have never co-written a song. Rob Snarski is based in Melbourne while Mark lives a safe distance away in Madrid. However, occasionally he returns to Australia to partake in what have become legendary live performances from the two brothers, in a show aptly titled, Snarski V Snarski.
